We headed out yesterday to catch the second game of the Olympics for Team USA Baseball. We made it until the 8th inning when it started raining. The field compared to that of an A league diamond, with seating for 3,000. The large field hosted China vs. Korea at the same time.

Just out past right field is the basketball venue.
I told Bruce to get me a hot dog and beer. He came back with the Yanjing beer okay, but the only hot dog they had was on a stick! It was a sweet tasting dog, sort of like Cantonese sausage actually. No condiments or bun, but I did get the stick! The venue food operations have not been very good and they have received many complaints. I am glad we aren't associated with those operations! This is the view from our 300 RMB seats.

This is Matt Laporta the new Tribe player! This is just before he hit his Home Run to left field.

Next time you're out drinking with some Chinese, say, "Gambei!" That means cheers in mandarin.
